We try to ship most orders within 24 to 48 hours. Sometimes, we need a bit more time for quality checks. If your order is delayed, we'll let you know.
Step 2: How Long It Takes to Arrive
After we ship your order, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days to get to you. We use reliable partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and Amazon Shipping to ensure timely delivery.
Step 3: Important Delivery Note
We do our best to meet these delivery times, but we can't guarantee a specific date. Delays can happen due to things we can't control, like weather or shipping issues. Because of this, we can't cancel or refund orders just because of a delay.
Step 4: Changing Your Order
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can contact us to change your address or make other modifications. You can call us at 9971891677 or send an email.
Step 5: Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For all COD orders, we'll call you to confirm before we ship. We may cancel orders from buyers who seem to be non-serious. For very large or expensive COD orders, we may ask for a small advance payment.
Step 6: What to Do If Your Package Is Lost
If a courier loses your package, don't worry. We'll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Step 7: Express Shipping
If you need your order faster, you can contact us before we ship to ask about express delivery. If it's an option for your location, we'll tell you the extra cost and estimated delivery time.
Step 8: Getting a Refund Before Shipping
You can ask for a refund at any time before your order ships. Just be aware that we'll have to deduct a 3.18% fee to cover the cost of payment processing.
