Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

Here is our return policy explained in simple, easy-to-follow steps.


 

Step 1: Time Frame for Returns

 

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of getting your order. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, you must let us know within 48 hours so we can file a claim with our shipping partner.


 

Step 2: How to Return an Item

 

To start a return, submit a request with the reason and include pictures or a short video if needed.

We offer a free pickup service for most locations. If this service isn't available where you live, you can ship the product back to us yourself. Just send us the shipping receipt, and we will reimburse you for the cost.


 

Step 3: Getting Your Refund or Replacement

 

If the product is defective or not as described, you can get a replacement or a full refund.

If you return an item for a reason that is not a defect (like you just changed your mind), we will deduct a fee for shipping and payment processing from your refund.

A full refund will be issued within 7 business days.


 

Step 4: A Few Things to Note

 

We can only accept returns after we verify the condition of the product.

Some products may have minor cosmetic marks from quality testing. These marks do not affect how the product works and are not considered a reason for a return.
